pgjl ("pgjl," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all individuals who interact with our platform at pgjl.club ("Platform" or "Site"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out in plain terms how we collect, process, store, use, share, and safeguard your personal data.

This Policy applies to all pgjl services — including the gaming platform, account registration process, mobile access, customer support, marketing communications, and any other interaction between you and pgjl. It applies to registered players, prospective players, and general site visitors.

pgjl processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines. Where pgjl operates under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") regulatory framework, additional data processing obligations imposed by PAGCOR also apply.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, pgjl is the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") responsible for your personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, pgjl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information.

pgjl has designated a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") responsible for overseeing compliance with data privacy obligations and acting as the point of contact for data subjects exercising their rights under the DPA. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

pgjl collects personal data across several categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform. The table below summarises the types of personal data collected and their purpose categories:

pgjl does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required for KYC compliance, PAGCOR regulatory obligations, and anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements. Where sensitive information must be processed — such as nationality for sanctions screening — it is handled under the specific lawful bases described in Section 5.

pgjl collects your personal data through the following channels and mechanisms:

4.1 Direct Collection

Information you provide directly when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, participate in promotions, or respond to surveys. This includes all information entered into forms and fields on the pgjl Platform.

4.2 Automated Technical Collection

When you access the pgjl Platform, our servers automatically record certain technical information — including your IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and session timestamps. This data is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies described in Section 9.

4.3 Third-Party Sources

pgjl may receive personal data from third parties in specific circumstances, including:

• Identity verification and KYC service providers who cross-reference your submitted documents against government databases.
• Payment processors including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, who confirm transaction status and provide the minimal data necessary to process payments.
• Fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening services that flag accounts or transactions based on risk indicators.
• PAGCOR and other Philippine government agencies where legally required disclosures are made and information is returned in response.

pgjl processes personal data only where there is a lawful basis to do so under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The primary purposes and their corresponding legal bases are:

• Account Registration & Platform Operation — Necessary for the performance of our contract with you as a registered pgjl player.
• KYC Identity Verification — Legal obligation under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML framework requiring player identity to be verified before withdrawal processing.
• Payment Processing — Necessary for the performance of our contract with you; specifically the fulfilment of deposit credits and withdrawal payments.
• Fraud & Security Monitoring — Legitimate interest of pgjl to protect the Platform, its players, and the integrity of gaming operations from fraudulent activity.
• Anti-Money Laundering Compliance — Legal obligation under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, and PAGCOR AML guidelines.
• Customer Support — Necessary for the performance of our contract with you and legitimate interest in maintaining service quality.
• Marketing Communications — Based on your explicit consent at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in your pgjl account settings.
• Responsible Gaming Interventions — Legal obligation under PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements to monitor player behaviour and intervene where problem gambling indicators are identified.
• Regulatory Reporting — Legal obligation to report to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC"), and other Philippine government authorities as required by law.

pgjl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data is shared only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)

pgjl engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment gateway operators, fraud detection services, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platform operators. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle pgjl player data in compliance with the DPA and with no less protection than pgjl itself applies.

6.2 Game Providers

Certain technical data — including your account identifier, session data, and game activity — may be shared with licensed game providers who supply the gaming software used on the pgjl Platform. This data sharing is necessary to deliver the gaming service and is governed by our agreements with those providers.

6.3 Regulatory & Government Authorities

pgjl will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, law enforcement agencies, and other Philippine government bodies where required or permitted by law — including in response to legal process, court orders, or lawful regulatory requests.

6.4 Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a substantial portion of pgjl's business assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. pgjl will provide notice to affected players and ensure that the receiving entity is bound by privacy obligations no less stringent than those set out in this Policy.

pgjl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. Key retention periods applicable to pgjl player data include:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with pgjl, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure.
• KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the customer relationship, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, consistent with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Support Correspondence: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent to marketing communications, at which point marketing data is removed from active marketing lists within thirty (30) days.
• Server and Access Logs: Technical logs are retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months for security and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

pgjl implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Key security measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pgjl Platform, consistent with the encryption standards used by major Philippine banks including BPI and BDO.
• Encryption of sensitive personal data at rest in pgjl's databases, including KYC documents and financial information.
• Access controls ensuring that personal data is accessible only to pgjl personnel and authorised service providers with a legitimate operational need.
• Two-factor authentication ("2FA") options for player accounts to prevent unauthorised login, and mandatory 2FA for all pgjl administrative staff accessing player data.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of the pgjl Platform infrastructure.
• Staff training on data privacy obligations and information security best practices.
• An incident response plan providing for prompt notification to affected players and the National Privacy Commission in the event of a data breach involving likely serious harm, consistent with NPC Circular requirements.

While pgjl takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable 2FA on their pgjl accounts to further reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

pgjl uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core Platform functionality, improve your user experience, and analyse Platform usage patterns. A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit.

9.1 Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential to enable core Platform functions including account login sessions, security tokens, and payment processing flows. These cookies cannot be disabled without disabling core Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Enable personalisation features such as remembered language preferences, game lobby display settings, and responsible gaming limit display. Disabling these cookies may reduce Platform functionality.
• Analytical Cookies: Used by pgjl to understand how players navigate and use the Platform — including which pages are visited most, where errors occur, and how features are adopted. This data is aggregated and used to improve Platform performance.
• Security Cookies: Used for fraud detection, bot prevention, and to identify suspicious login activity across sessions.

9.2 Managing Cookies

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to reject some or all cookies, or to receive a notification before a cookie is placed. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from accessing your pgjl account. As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to personal data that pgjl processes about you:

To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to pgjl's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. pgjl will respond within the timeframe prescribed by NPC regulations — ordinarily within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a complete and verified request. Identity verification will be required before any data subject rights request is fulfilled.

pgjl is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to pgjl is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

pgjl does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). The registration process requires disclosure of date of birth, and KYC verification requires submission of government-issued identification confirming age eligibility. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all data associated with that account will be retained solely for the period required by AML and regulatory obligations before deletion.

pgjl primarily processes and stores personal data on servers located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions recognised by the National Privacy Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where personal data is transferred to service providers or game providers outside the Philippines — for example, where a game software provider operates servers in another jurisdiction — pgjl ensures that such transfers are subject to contractual safeguards that provide a level of data protection at least equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

pgjl does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that lack adequate data protection frameworks without first implementing appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC or binding corporate rules where applicable.

The pgjl Platform may reference or interact with third-party services — including payment gateways such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — in connection with processing your deposits and withdrawals. When you initiate a payment through one of these providers, you are subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service in respect of the data you provide directly to them.

pgjl is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment processors or other external services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with in connection with your pgjl account.

pgjl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, pgjl will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file, via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform, or both.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Continued use of the pgjl Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the pgjl Terms & Conditions.
